We have extended our business in production, processing and packaging of seeds (soybean and corn, sunflower and protein pea), mainly serving the Italian market.
The supplemented use of cutting-edge technologies allows us to produce quality soybean seeds both in the field and in the processing phase after harvesting. Traditional non-GMO genetics, nutrition, and effective and sustainable agronomy are combined with the most modern technologies of georeferencing and soil productivity analysis to ensure the production of seed varieties that can meet the needs of all soybean segments: for human nutrition, animal diets, either high in protein or oil.
We produce 100% Italian quality soybeans that bring the values of sustainability and safety downstream to farms and onto the consumer. We develop varieties with high production potential or that are able to fulfil the specific needs of the food and livestock supply chains, meeting the requirements of the processor and supporting the farmer to obtain high yields and high quality grain.
Following the signing of the European Soya Declaration on 17 July 2017, with Soia Italia and in 13 other EU countries, we have increased the production of sustainable and non-GMO soy crops and introduced a clear system of labelling of certified production standards, such as are proposed by Soy Europe. Soy fits perfectly into crop rotations and diversification, with a key role in the economic performance of farms.
Our seeds are checked upon arrival and at each processing stage, in order to maintain the highest quality standards. More than 4,500 analyses were carried out in the 2018/2019 campaign.
